How it works
- Select listingsIn the Listings tab tick rows or narrow the list: the Visible filter, the search (it looks at title and brand) and sorting by price, likes or views. The box in the table header selects everything on the list. The pencil next to an offer opens the editor for just that one.
- Set the changeClick Bulk edit and fill in the price, the title or the description. You can change the price and the text in one run. Anything you leave empty stays as it is.
- ApplyApply changes (12) edits the offers one by one. At the end you see how many succeeded and failed, and under the table a list of offers Vinted rejected, with the reason. The listing refreshes on its own.

Price
| Mode | You enter | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| % change | -10, +15 | A percentage of each offer’s current price, one by one. Minus lowers, plus raises. |
| PLN (fixed) | 49 | Every selected offer gets the same price, in the listing’s currency. |
| Round to .99 | checkbox | Percentage mode only. Keeps the whole złoty and sets a .99 ending. |
This is what a 10 % cut does to three sample offers:
The .99 rounding always goes up within the same złoty, so the cut ends up slightly smaller than an even 10 %. The price never drops below 0.50 zł. Every change lands in the price history in the Vintly panel, on the listing page.
Title and description
First pick the field (Title or Description), then the operation. One operation works on one field; to change both, do it in two runs.
Addidas → Adidas- Replace looks for exactly what you type and swaps every occurrence. Case matters: "nike" will not find "Nike".
- Added text is glued on without a gap, so start it with a space (or end it with one when prepending). The field is single-line, so you cannot add a line break.
- Vinted accepts titles up to 100 characters and descriptions up to 2,000. Vintly does not trim text, so an offer whose title would end up too long may fail.
Hide or delete
Both buttons sit in the panel and next to the selected counter. Each asks for confirmation before doing anything.
- Buyers stop seeing the offer.
- It stays in your wardrobe with its likes.
- Hidden offers cannot be selected or bumped; you show them again on Vinted.
- The offer is gone from Vinted for good, likes included.
- There is no bin and no undo.
- Use it for things you no longer have.
Pace and limits
- When Vinted answers "too many requests", Vintly waits longer each time and tries up to four more times before marking the offer as failed.
- Offers Vinted refuses to edit are skipped and listed under the table with the reason. The rest of the run carries on.
- Sold offers are not on the list, so you cannot change them by accident.
- Editing does not change the listing id, so it does not move the offer up in search. That is what bumping is for.
