Orders

Your sold items on one board with four columns: to ship, in progress, completed and cancelled. You open the shipping label with one click from the order card, and the orders also reach the Vintly panel, where you see your revenue.

Daily shipping

  1. Open the tab and pick "To ship"
    The board loads on its own when you open the tab. The filter above it shows all columns or just one; "To ship" is today’s list.
  2. Click the label on every card
    ⎙ Generate shipping label opens the label in a new tab, ready to print. The section below explains what happens under the hood.
  3. Print, pack, dispatch
    Once dispatched, Vinted moves the order along, and the next time you open the tab the card is in the "In progress" column.

A card shows the thumbnail, title, date and price. For order details and the chat with the buyer you go to Vinted.

Shipping label

  1. Finding the shipmentFrom the chat with the buyer.
  2. Label already there?If so, it opens it straight away.
  3. Ordering the shipmentIf not, it orders shipping in Vinted with your default address.
  4. WaitingChecks every 2 s, for about a minute.

A click may order the shipment
When there is no label yet, Vintly orders the shipment in Vinted straight away, without asking: with your default sender address and Vinted’s default options. If you want a different address or drop-off method, generate the label in the Vinted app.
  • Without an address in your Vinted settings you get a missing-address message. Add one on Vinted and click again.
  • If the label is still not there after a minute, a red note under the button says it is not ready yet. Try again in a moment.

Loading and refreshing

  • The board loads every time you open the tab. There is no refresh button: switch to another tab and come back.
  • Vintly fetches up to the 250 most recent orders per Vinted status: in progress, completed and cancelled. "To ship" and "In progress" share one pool of 250, because both are "in progress".
  • Older orders are still on Vinted, they just do not fit on the board.

The copy in the Vintly panel

After every board load the extension sends it to the panel. On the Orders page in the panel you get tiles (total sold, to ship, in progress, completed, revenue) and an order table, and on the home page a sales chart for 7, 30 or 90 days.

The panel refreshes only from this tab
Orders do not sync in the background. The panel shows the state from the last time you opened the Orders tab in the extension, and only the orders that were on the board then. Revenue is the sum of prices without cancelled orders, including those in progress; the amount Vinted actually pays out is visible only in your Vinted wallet.
